International Shipping: All orders placed outside of the continental US will normally be shipped USPS. Most International shipments take an average of 7-14 days to arrive. Due to the large variances in international shipping rates, we quote every single order before it is shipped.
You can get an international freight quote from Coolhorse several different ways:
1. Place all of the items you wish to order in your shopping cart. Click the "View Cart" at top of page. Highlight and "Copy" these items with your mouse. Email us and paste the items from your shopping cart into the body of the email along with your complete shipping address. We reply to your email with exact shipping quote for your international order.
OR
2. If you are not able to "Copy & Paste" items, please send us a complete list of the products that you would like to order along with your complete shipping address with postal codes and we would be happy to check those for you. Again, you can email us at info@coolhorse.com.
OR
3. Simply place items into your shopping cart and proceed to "Checkout". During the checkout process, you will be asked for "Additional Information". Please ask to have a quote emailed to you before processing your order in this box (ie.. "Please send freight quote before shipping"). We never charge your credit card until you approve the shipping rate we quote you.
