What prices will Coolhorse match?

Coolhorse will match any competitor’s current regular price for identical, immediately available merchandise that we carry. Items matched must be exactly the same brand, quantity, color, size, and condition. Competitor shipping charges will be calculated and factored into the cost of online prices. Our trailer service center labor rates do not apply to this price match policy.

How do I get the matched price?

You can simply email a picture of the competitor’s printed current advertisement or catalog or email a link to their current web page showing the price. Be sure to include the date of the advertisement or publication where you found the ad. Our customer service specialists are available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM CST to 6:00 PM CST. If you send your request for price match outside of those hours, they will contact you on the following day, or if it is over the weekend they will contact you the next business day.

Local customers can simply bring the printed advertisement or catalog into the store with them or show us the link on your smartphone or on our computer.

We may call the competitor or check their website to verify the price and availability.
