Warranties offered on our new saddles vary from vendor to vendor. Coolhorse saddles come with a 5 year tree warranty, a one year parts warranty, and a 1 year silver warranty. Martin Saddlery saddles come with a 5 year tree warranty and a 1 year warranty on workmanship. Cactus Saddlery saddles come with a 5 year tree warranty, a one year parts warranty, and a 1 year silver warranty. Cashel saddles come with a 5 year tree warranty and a 1 year warranty on workmanship. Circle Y saddles come with a 10 year tree warranty, a 1 year parts warranty, and a 1 year silver warranty.
Used Saddles
Our used saddles are sold AS IS. There is no guarantee on our used saddles other than our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee which includes a full refund if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We do our best to check the trees and disclose any damage or necessary repairs that we see on the saddles, but we will not catch everything. Please inspect your purchase thoroughly when it arrives, and if you have any doubts about the saddle, have a local saddle shop inspect it, or send it back to us for a full, 100% refund.
